Vikram - What a GREAT LIST! I was at a meeting a couple of weeks ago and heard this statement - “If you want to know who a person is; don’t ask them - watch them”. It’s sad to see so many who do not really know what their core values are and they allow others the ability to define them.
In this particular instance, I was EXUDING my core values - which I’ve done since the day I hung my shingle out there - it was the REASON for hanging that shingle. So, it surprised me that someone didn’t listen and even respect what I valued.

At the core of relationship building, is trust. To develop trust, each person needs to believe that the other person values them. When that ceases, somebody leaves. It happens in business, in marriages and in friendships.
