					<description>Dude, I always considered you to be a man of wisdom and understanding? I think you have been watching too much CNN. Don’t become a sideline fan e.g. one minute cheering a player and the next criticizing him. Get in the game; as a contributing player!  As you so elegantly stated above &quot;it’s only been 50 days&quot; and he has been giving the keys to a house on fire. So, the first thing is to put out the fire, by dousing it with water = stimulus. You don’t selectively decide where to throw the water...you throw it on the entire house!   Then you can assess the damage parts and look to implement some of the original repairs you had considered prior to receiving the keys.
